He is an experienced Project Management professional with over 20 years track record of developing sustainable Youth Sports, education & Community Regeneration initiatives and programmes in both the statutory and third sectors. A post-graduate alumnus of the London South Bank University, Leon is a qualified lecturer in Management Studies and a UEFA B licensed Coach. He has led on various initiatives in collaboration with the London Councils, Home office, Mayor’s Office for Policing (MOPAC), Saatchi & Saatchi, BBC children in Need and the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA). He has also worked with major football brands such as Real Madrid, Manchester United and Arsenal Football Clubs.
